Energy Performance Certificates
We are fully accredited with NHER to produce Energy Performance Certificates and carry Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
If you are compiling your own HIP, satisfied with your current Pack Provider or in need of EPC's for the Rental market, then we would be happy to work with you.
We aim to book all Energy Assessments within 3 days and complete the EPC within 24hrs. The EPC graph will be made available for Property Details & Internet Advertising as soon as the EPC has been lodged.
Our Home Information Pack Service brings you the benefits of our EPC Service in combination with HIPhomes to provide a fully comprehensive and HIP Code compliant package.
We comply with the RICS code of measuring practice and can supply you with a floor plan alongside the EPC. There is no charge for the floor plan aspect of our service when instructed to do a minimum of 10 EPC's per month. Please visit the floor plans page for more details about this service.
