Our prices quoted will be fully inclusive and will include as standard:

For Leasehold Properties, a copy of the lease must be provided.

 

In addition to the compulsory items in the HIP, we encourage you to include any additional documents that may be of interest to potential buyers and their solicitors such as Guarantees for any works carried out, Building Regulation Compliance Certificates, FENSA, Gas Safe etc. We will include these documents in your HIP without any further charge.  

 

We are able to offer a No Sale-No Fee Home Information Pack. If the property remains unsold after 9 months, then your HIP wil not cost you a penny and all deposits are returned. Terms and Conditions apply, please ask for details.
